I am a small town girl from West Texas, now settled in the hill country. We live a quiet life, and I would not want it any other way.
Writing allows me to integrate truth, fiction, fantasy, and what comes from the heart, into something that may intrigue a reader. It also gives me much satisfaction when what I write is complimented.
Most of my poetry is from life's lessons, many learned the hard way. My parents were good people, but they did not spare the rod, and spoil the child. I'm sure I deserved every lesson.
I love deeply, forgive easily, and have a passion for life. The simple things in life are free. Those are what I seek. A hot cup of coffee with a friend is much more important than anything else that may be on a days agenda.
