Well I guess it's about time to do this. I'm really not my favorite subject to write about, but here goes.
I am going on 60 and hate it! I am not growing old gracefully, I can tell you that. It sucks getting old! I am Canadian, married to an American sweetie. His name is Randy and he writes on here also. We met on the net and immediately began sending each other poetry. I still have all his. We have been married 7 years on October 31, 2007. We celebrate our anniversary every Halloween.
I miss my Canadian family terribly and we plan on moving there sometime in the next couple of years. Anybody want to buy a house? I have 3 children and 4 grandchildren. I love writing, but never seem to find enough time for it.
I have a Siberian Husky named Kayla Who I love dearly. She's a big old furry beast and I'm forever cleaning up her hairs, but she is a good dog and faithful companion.
Basically I'm a happy camper but I do from time to time have issues with the world. I really need to stop watching the news and Glenn Beck. I don't know how I sleep some nights going to bed with the information I have in my head each night.
There's much more about me to be told and maybe some day I will write my autobiography, but for now, this is it! Thanks for listening.

Think of all the different language factions in this country and how people that speak their own language would feel if that freedom was taken away from them. It would be like taking part of their culture away. If you went to italy and was told you could not speak your native tongue and only speak Italian, imagine how that would make you feel. Americ...
