Diana Haggerty is an AFAA and ACE Certified Fitness Trainer and nutritional counselor. As the owner of FemmePOWER Fitness, she works with women to help them get stronger, healthier, and more in tune with their bodies. Drawing from her varied background in everything from Pilates to power lifting, Diana can help every woman, from a 23 year old athlete to a 64 year old grandmother, get and stay in shape.
Diana currently trains at Workshop Fitness, an elite one-on-one studio in Austin, Texas, where she works among some of the most qualified fitness professionals in the country. Along with her fitness training, Diana also offers personal chef services and corporate consulting.
Diana lives in South Austin with her 5 year old daughter Francesca, and their cat Bunny.

the belief that if I constantly work to be the best person that I can be, I will be blessed with some pretty righteous experiences. I can't wait to see what's next!
I am sure that not many would truly appreciate the moniker "lazy", and would perhaps be rather known as something more illustrious like blaze or laissez-faire. So, this is going to address all of you women who are not lazy, but laid-back. Less apathetic, more easy-going.
