Kelly is the second daughter of Doreen and Frank, born in 1980 on a freak snowy June day in a place called North Bay, Ontario. She's lived in such cities as Ottawa, Toronto, Winnipeg, Colorado Springs, Edmond, Calgary, Smithers and, most recently, Vancouver.
