I was born on August 15, 1972 in rural Africa .I started writing and editing schools' magazines in 1988.
I have worked as a freelance writer and consultant since my undergraduate days,when I also worked as a peer counselor.I have even worked for the UN as a volunteer!
I have taken part in a number of exchanges in Spain,Denmark,Japan,Singapore,Sri Lanka,Canada and USA.
Now,I run an African cultural tourism agency that links up tourists who want to LIVE(home stay), STUDY (cultural and educational)and WORK (internship and volunteer)in Africa with local hosts in rural villages and towns. Also,am a social enterprises ambassador.My successful participation in community development earned me an award by Parents Magazine/Celtel communications.
As a social entrepreneur and consultant I believe Africa can eradicate poverty through sustainable social investing in education and skills(especially information technology) transfer and partnerships with companies, governments and communities.
