PropertyVestors is growing and we want you to be a part of the success!

PropertyVestors was founded in 2004 by Sarah and Shawn Barry. We are both graduates of Virginia Tech with finance degrees and have worked in Corporate America for several years. Sarah's career has focused around finance, auditing, and marketing for large corporations. Shawn has spent his time in financial planning and technology sales. We began investing in real estate in 1994 when we purchased a bank-owned townhouse in Fairfax, VA. Through the years, our portfolio has included private lending, rental properties, land, condo conversions, pre-construction luxury condos, and pre-construction residential homes throughout the Nation. As we found success in real estate, we shared our stories with a few friends and family, and an investment group began. PropertyVestors was born.

Now, our small network of friends and family has grown into a full-scale investment group with "buying power" in the millions. PropertyVestors stands on the pillars of buying power and education. Buying Power enables PropertyVestors to negotiate the best, most profitable opportunities; Education allows for knowledge, transparency and a level of comfort so members will make confident decisions and engage in those opportunities. The PropertyVestors team has taken all of our experience and knowledge of the real estate investment industry and condensed it into three smart real estate investment strategies, giving our members the potential to earn double- to triple-digit returns.
