About me - Denepher Smith

About me

I am what you call a "mature female", in my early 50's. I have lived in the UK since 1960, though born in the West Indies. I work in the health service. My life has been a long learning process. I am a life long learner in more senses than one, be it a slow one. My life has been one of much pain, but enough pleasure for me to have developed an angle on life; some wisdom which I hope to share in these pages.

"When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child" , (but now I am grown...I choose less )childish things.
For now I see as in a mirror dimly, then face to face, NOW I KNOW IN PART, but then I shall know just as I am known.." ( abridged 1 Corinthians, 13;11-12.) Or any honest thinking person.
