was to have a hundred careers, to do anything and everything that struck my fancy. I wanted to be a teacher, an actor, an author, a police officer, an activist, and a homeless free spirit. Not necessarily all at once.

is summers spent with my grandparents in the country.

Why I write ...

I write to release the pressure that builds up in my brain when I don't.
