Market research, specifically for the leisure, travel and hospitality industry is my prime area of expertise. My research experience has encompassed utilising both qualitative and quantitative techniques, including in-depth interviewing, focus group moderating, questionnaire design and data analysis to identify key trends and to formulate practical marketing insights and solutions. Writing, proofreading and editing are an integral part of my skillset, and I possess extensive experience in managing media enquiries and interviews.
For future roles I intend to utilise my comprehensive knowledge of consumer behaviour and market trends as well as my analytical skills to devise innovative and effective business ideas, detailed strategic business plans and marketing tactics. I also plan to undertake customised market research and journalistic projects.
