I recently earned my Masters of Science in Publications Management from Drexel University. I also work for F.A. Davis, a medical publishing company in Philadelphia.

One of my post graduation goals was to start freelance writing, and joining Helium is my first step towards achieving that goal. When I'm not writing I can usually be found reading, running, hanging out with my fiance, or playing with my mini-schnauzer.

I was twenty-six years old the first time I told my family I was repeatedly, sexually abused by my grandfather.
