About me - Dr. Abe Beagles

About me

Being 64 years old you might imagine I have seen and done a lot in my live, well, you are right for I was born into a ranching family in the state of Texas. I was taught manners before I coulld talk and that still applies in all of my personal and business life today. My father was an officer under General Patton in the Second World War. When he retired he too had achieved the rank of General of which I am very proud of because it set the way for my own military career. My grandfather was the founder of the Motherlode Mining Company established in 1927 in San Francisco, Ca. This is the building blocks of who I am and what I beleive in and what I have done in my life. I was sent to the best colleges and earned a Masters Degree in Mining Engineering and a PhD in Geology. Over the next 40 years I practiced my trade in 38 foreign countries and three territories of these United States. My geological background gave me an excellent cover for the work that I would do in the military, most of which I still cannot talk about to any great degree. For those of you who do not know our company name, we were the largest open pit mining company in the western United States for many years. Our last mine was in Jamestown, Ca. which we closed in 1992. After retiring from the family business and the military, after 24 years of service, I quickly got bored with retirement. On a trip to Africa in 2003 I stumbled onto a new technology that would change the direction of my life for the unforseen future and would win me more awards than any one man should have bestowed upon him. That technology was Electrocoagulation. This is a method of applying electricity to water in such a way as to drop all of the metals from the water and many of the contaminants that reside there also. It kills all bacteria and viruses in the water and after development by myself and other scientists, was and is being used in industry today to help keep our water clean and to recycle water for conservation. In 2003 I opened a company that was to help abused women get trained in different technologies and then assist them in obtaining jobs within certain industries as technologists. This company is a California 501-C3 non-profit organization and it is called Cal-Neva Water Quality Research Institute of California. This expanded so rapidly that I could not keep up with it, for we started testing new patented technologies from around the world. The knowledge of these devices led to the development of what we call today a Plasma Incubator Reactor System which is used in the cleaning and desalinating of water of all types. Our work with the EPA in this field led to our work in Super Fund Sites which are the worst polluted sites in America. Because of this work I won the 2003 Businessman of the Year Award. In later years, Myself and the Institute won many awards such as the Ronald Reagan Gold Medal Award for a non-profit helping a state in environmental issues. I was placed on the President's National Advisory Council, and in 2006 I was awarded one of the highest and most prestegious awards an individual can get and that is the Congressional Order of Merit from Congress. This was for my work in and around the Indian Ocean when the tsunami hit last year. I have also been named The Republican of the Year for the State of California and I function as advisor to the Governor on water issues. I hope this will alloy all who read this to understand that I am a country boy who you can take out of the country but you can't take the country out of the boy. I am dedicated to helping America save its fresh water from becoming extinct and I hope to be able to help other countries obtain something absolutely necessary to life, "Clean Drinking Water" through the use of our Plasma Incubator Reactor and other devices that we are working on as this is being written.

On December 5th of 2009 Cal-Tex Water Quality Assurance Instiutute, LLC signed a joint venture agreement with Jet Stream Wind, Inc. of Santa Fe, NM.  The Plasma Incuator Reactor Technology will be utilized in 4 projects.  The first one is the development of a commissary truck that will be used by the film industry as a source of food while on a film site.  The truck will have its own 10 KwH fuel cell and that will be powered by Hydrogen developed by our Plasma System so that it does not need any outside electricity to function.  Another project on schedule is to take sewer water discharge coming out of a sewage plant and turn it into Hydrogen that can be utilized in place of natural gas to heat the city and county buildings in Taos, NM.  The third project will be a 10 MW power plant for the city of Truth or Concequences that will utilize Hydrogen as its only fuel and this will come from the disassociation of water coming from the sewer plant and salt water wells drilled into the salt water acquifer that exist at 2,500 feet below the surface.  The final project is one of desalination where the Plasma technology will be used to remove the salt and other contaminants from water that will come from a distance of up to 2,500 below the surface and all the contaminants including salt will be removed and drinking quality water as well as electricity will be produced from the 42 wells that will be drilled over a five square mile area of New Mexico.
