It's only natural for teens to want to get a job. They want the added responsibilities. They want and need the money. Plus, it's an early step in truly becoming an adult. So, where should they begin?

Most teens can honestly say they have no real work experience. Yes, they may have babysat or cut grass, but that's not the same thing. Do you think they fill out a W2 for that $15 a week? No real work experience translates into possessing relatively few work skills. But being young, they're ready and should be willing to learn something. They won't learn too much, they are kids, after all.
