Doron Levy started working in the retail industry more than 15 years ago. Through his experiences he has come to understand the meaning of excellent customer service. He also understands how critical excellent customer service is to the bottom line of any business. Doron believes that having a well trained staff and strong customer service program will result in increased sales and repeat business for any type of operation.
Doron's natural love of working with people and the need to work in a fast paced environment, the retail industry would be an obvious choice for him. Working under pressure and with a constant drive to achieve better results is his working culture. Doron has been successful in increasing sales results, motivating sales associates to be more productive, reducing shrink and losses, increasing employee moral and, most importantly, drive the bottom line. His training methods and workshops have been successfully implemented in a wide range of businesses from large box retailers to smaller specialty stores.
