: About Me

My mother and Grandmother were the two most influential people in my life. My mother taught me that it was permissible to say "I'll try" or "I'll do my best", but saying "I can't" was never an option. Grandmother Vincent was an avid reader and instilled in me, the love of the written word.

I wrote my first story when I was seven-years-old, but I had been telling them from the time I could talk. I entertained and sometimes frightened my sister and cousins with my stories.

I married at the age of fifteen and after forty-four years, still find marriage to be exciting.

A Sad Note For The Holidays Our deepest sympathies go out to Santa and his crew at the North Pole. Dasher came to an untimely death while visiting in Coopers, Georgia.
