My name is Haley. I love to write about anything and everything. My fortes are definitely romance novels and poetry although I do enjoy writing some suspense here and there. I have entered and won numerous speech contests in my community including the Lion's Club, VFW, and the Rotary club. I plan on going to college and majoring in Endligh and minoring in music. But there's more to me then being a writer and a poet so if you want to get to know me email me.
My passion is ...
reading, writing, speaking, composing and playing music
I know too much about ...
nothing, there's always something new to learn about everything
My parents always told me ...
Never give up, never surrender
My childhood ambition ...
Become a famous writer/editor and attend Oxford University
My favorite memory ...
Realizing that I was gifted with a pen
Why I write ...
Because when I write I can be whoever I want, wherever I want, whenever I want. I am not judged for being to tall or to short, to skinny or to fat. I doesn't where I've been or what I've done, what I want to do or who I've offended. When I write... I can be me.
What I am reading/watching/listening to ...
I am currently reading anything I can get my hands on, watching whatever catches my eye, and listening to the world around me
My best moment ...
Whenever I finish a poem that I know is good... feeling that sense of accomplishment and purpose that accompanies it
My inspiration ...
Comes from observing the things and people around me
