I started out wanting to be a teacher.....since I was a small child. I became a teacher, had my own Montisorri schools, teaching children and teachers. I was amazed at how many children were being abused and molested. I had worked with the District Attorney to send abusers to prison. The District Attorney suggested I become a Social Worker to help me to help the children. I did that. It helped me to not just identify the children in dire need, but to help them to put their lives in order, by counseling them (for free). I went back to college to get my Masters in psychology, in order to be of more help.
My mother, her mother, and her mother were all very psychic. This became part of my life, as well. I volunteer with the FBI regarding murders. (This is hard work, as I see the murder, itself). At one point, while helping solve a murder far from my home, I was considered the person who must have DONE it! That was scary. According to these agents, I knew too much about the small things. They were actually in my area, having come to arrest me, when they contacted the agent in my area to whom I normally speak. Thank goodness, he made them understand that I had not murdered anyone.
My younger son was born a surviving, conjoined twin, with need for operations most of his life. Medicine is something I study a lot. Both of my sons are wonderful adults who are caring and loving.
My husband owned at furniture and appliance store in our area for 37 years. We've been married for 42 years and counting!
I have been published in Woman's Day, multiple poetry books, other magazines, and do enjoy writing. Sharing what we each know, is a different type of (mental) stone soup........so, let us share.

I didn't realize why I had such pain in my stomach, was awaking with dry heaves so badly that I couldn't breath, and why my breathing had become so much worse. I have COPD, and I thought that whatever was happening must just be related to that, somehow. My regular physician knew better, and sent me directly to a specialist.
