I am retired from GE. I paint, draw, teach karate two nights a week, carve and make knives. Check out my website www.freewebs.com/1briar/ I like to write, I just need someone to read my work and maybe give me a little encouragement.
I have worked in the tobacco fields of southeastern NC as a kid, worked part time at a gas station while in high school, been a soldier (1968-1971), worked construction as a carpenter and worked for GE for 31 years in the Tool Engineering section. I have been an avid reader for most of my life.
I have two daughters and three grandchildren. I love them dearly.
The photo you see is one of my carvings. It is deer antler.
