I was pondering a conversation that was had a while ago between a friend of mine and myself. We were talking about why it is that our society deems it necessary to pay entertainers such a huge amount of money, but pay our teachers such a small amount of money. It appears to me that we have got things backwards. I feel that the entertainment is nice, but should be secondary to the folks that are working their asses off to educate the youth of this world.
