I'm a top fitness instructor and trainer living in New York City. I've been in the fitness business, teaching for about 12 years now, and in addition to that, I'm also an ex Golden Gloves boxing Champion. I like to think that fitness is a lifestyle, not just a solution to your physical problems.
Fitness is something I live, breathe and thoroughly enjoy.
When not teaching, you can find me biking, rollerblading, playing tennis, hanging out with my incredibly diverse and interesting group of friends, and snowboarding.
I also love to write and play Texas Hold 'em poker.
I have ventured into the world of webmastering, and have now authored 8 websites, and 4 blogs. I just can't get enough of writing!
