Key players lead their teams in the quest for the 2007 NCAA women's championship. Star player, Armintie Price scored 28 points to lead the Ole Miss Rebels in their victory against the defending champion Maryland Terrapins. Price also excelled on defense with three steals;she needs only four more for 400 in her career. With four more steals she would become just the second player in women's NCAA history with 2,000 points, 1,000 rebounds, 400 assists and 400 steals. The only other player to reach that goal is former USC star Cheryl Miller.
