Welcome!

I'm Susie and I'm here to tell you a bit about me...

I'm a previous two-time award winning Foster Parent and Childcare Provider, an Entrepreneur (Hollywood Nails, Midvale, Utah), oh and of course I'm a Mom, and a wife, too.

I'm currently working as both a Nail Technician, and a part time (aspiring) freelance writer. Oh and I sell AVON!

To date I've sold three bodies of work through Helium's marketplace. Thanks Helium!

Additionally, to date I've been lucky enough to have had 2 articles FEATURED on Helium.com's homepage and I'm looking quite forward to successfully achieving that honor yet again.

Below you'll find a little poem I've written describing, well, a bit about ME...

The paths of my life's journeys are sometimes full of dread, but sunny days are common too. Aren't you glad that that's been said?

I'm a spiritual person; a free spirit, it's true.
I'm intelligent.
I'm passionate.

And I'm quite creative too!

I do behold inside of me an open, loving heart. Though sometimes, when I'm sad, it surely feels quite torn apart.

I often wear my glasses. They're rose-colored you see.

And when it is I'm overwhelmed they're simply part of me.

I hope to be a WRITER; Professional, and Paid.

I know, if I work hard enough, someday, "I'll HAVE IT MADE"!

I'm currently working on writing my first novel titled, "Hopelessly Helpless", as well as my first children's book titled, "Silly Sammy's Secret Story".

Babysitting & burger flipping.

Having the letter I wrote, regarding carniverous plants, read on air by the hosts of TV's, "That's Incredible", at age 9.

My inspiration ...

TRUTH, heart, spirit, soul, imagination, love, faith, colors, scents, the earth, the sea, and, of course, Dragonflies!
