About me

I am an idealist and romantic. I believe people are neither good or bad, but their choices define who they are. I listen to the trees as they whisper, the streams as they gossip, and the deep subtle groan of the earth. I live in fantasy, rarely come down to reality, cigarettes and gin make perfect company, As well as the spirits of Baudelaire, Rilke and Hemingway. I am a phoenix, rising from the ashes of my own self destruction, while channeling feline characteristics (I tend to land on my feet.) My essence is eccentricity, and I tend to change like the leaves on a tree during the year. I am water, as ice, liquid and steam depending on the day and mood. Transcendence and sublimation inspire me to create more, channeling energy from all around. Though I hold a passport from the US, I am a citizen of the world. In short, these words do little justice to the art of life.

I am a Modern Romantic.

What starts out as one person's philosophy, one's schema as a representation of order amongst seemingly apparent chaos turns into dogma, spread by zealotry and not fully understood as but one person's philosophy.

I've nothing against people in organized religions, namely the Western ones. I'm rather fond of the tradition and structure. The ceremony and history that goes along with it. Right now, I'm speaking of Ca...
