It's Monday night and there's nothing to do,
But listen to the wind in the neighbors tree,
Laying in bed with thoughts in my head,
Sing your sweet song Norah Jones.
Nothing more than a tainted gal,
In her room of textures and sounds.
Stained with his selfishness, his undieing words.
Mirrors and ivory, cotton and screens.
Remember when you loved me?
We would lay for hours, in this comfort and silence.
I guess that's gone, lets not discuss this again.
Here I am, swallowed in this gray day.
Keep singing sweet Norah Jones.
