I am an analytical being who seeks truth in matter and is in constant pursuit of harmonious living. Trained in medical science, I aim to spread knowledge and truth to as many as possible.
My favourite topics are on physical and psychological well being. I do belief in wholesome health; where benefits exist from exercise or physical training that promotes well-being but not claims of cure for disease.
There are diseases that conventional medicine is proven to be effective but there are yet a lot of unexplored realm in the biological processes of a human being. We should behave as skeptics and learn more about the options available before believing and avoid all forms of herd mentality.
As much as we swear by medical evidence, we should leave some room for spirituality.
I believe in Eastern Martial Arts; including meditation and yoga.My second passion in life is scuba diving and martial arts (Aikido/ Tai Chi/ Wing Chun).
