In my opinion the best way to find and choose the right hotel is searching via the web. In the UK your choices range from 5 star to no star, independent to chain and bland to interesting. All I am sure would say that they offer the best value for money.

So what would I choose?

I'm sorry to say but I just hate those boring bland branded hotels?
I am fed up with these me too hotels popping up all over the UK ruining our countryside, towns and cities and decimating the landscape and destroying an institution, the Great British B&B.
