I'm a SAHM to my 8yr. daughter.My husband and I both have health issues . I enjoy life to the extent that my health allows. We live in a zoo with a horde of 4 cats and 4 dogs.

My parents always told me ...

My grandmother always said to me , " I hope you have a girl just like you . " Now I do , just as contrary as I was .

To own a horse .

Spending time with my "grandmother" , an elderly friend who lived to be 107 yrs. old .

Why I write ...

It something I had thought about in the past . Now that my health limits my activities I have more time to actually do it .

What I am reading/watching/listening to ...

I enjoy reading literature published by Jehovah's Witnesses . There is so much valuable information in the "Watchtower" and "Awake" magazines. My daughter and I love to watch musicals and listen to classical music .

My first job ...

I've had so many jobs thru my life. I guess my very first job was cleaning house for an elderly friend of ours . I remember I got $5.00 . That was great for an 8yr.old in the 70's .
