I am a high school teacher. I teach ESL, Theatre Arts, Video Technology, and Journalism. This is my 13th year teaching and I love getting to spend my time working with young people and hopefully impacting them in a positive way.

My other very important job is being the single mother of four children and a grandmother of one adorable grandson!

In the little spare time that I have, I enjoy reading, photography. attending theatrical performances, and freelance writing which is what brought me to the Helium website.

While I cannot imagine living without an internet access, I am not sure that I would consider giving an internet connection subscription as a gift. The needs of computer users in different areas and situations are often quite unique and this makes it hard for someone to purchase an internet subscription as a gift. In many ways, I think that an internet connection is a personal decision that the computer owner should make for themselves.
