I was a photographer journalist for 18 years and my clients were the Associated Press, The New York Daily News and The New York Times in New York City. My skills were able to take me far, farther than what I would have ever imagined. I spent much time over seas; I guess I can say, "I have seen too much, more than anyone would have liked to have seen, I now know what war is like". Due to having a personal and traumatic experience all of this came to a bleak halt. Having such a strong back ground in journalism it has brought me to Helium, and I have decided to tap into my dormant skills once again. In short thought, "I figure it was time to come out of the wood work and put those skills to better use, after all it has been so long". As the saying goes "time heals all wounds".
Since that time that skates above, I have changed my career. I have studied to become a commercial broker, an enjoyed its success for the past ten years; this has enabled me to know the mortgage industry inside and out. I will be writing articles as they are requested by Helium's publishers. Also tips on financing, let's watch for those pennies. Yes, I know some of you don't.
As you well know the real estate market has gone to the dogs. Following the private investment group, that were entrusted with real estate funds have also closed their doors. Shutting down my office; I have also pulled out to retrace my origin, and have become a photographer once again. You will shortly see a link to my photography work, I hope that you enjoy it.
I will occasionally write about the real estate market and do my research, to give my audience, the best and most informative writing in the real estate arena.
Thank you
