Aubry Hoffman HHC, AADP

Aubry is a certified Holistic Health Counselor, she is accredited by the Association of Drugless Practitioners. She is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition which is affiliated with Columbia University.

As a Health Counselor, Aubry is a personal advocate for living a vibrant, energized and passionate life. Whatever a clients concerns are, her job is to help them find which food and lifestyle choices will work best for them and the life they desire. When diet changes, everything changes.

A true holistic approach to life incorporates things that nourish a person other than food, including honest and open relationships, a meaningful spiritual practice, a career that inspires, and physical activity that is enjoyable. These elements are called Primary Food. As a Health Counselor, Aubry works with clients to help find balance in both Primary Foods and the foods eaten on a daily basis.
