I'm twenty-eight years old, married, and a citizen of Providence, Rhode Island. I enjoy doing things that make me no money, such as: writing, feminism, performing burlesque, volunteering with non-profit organizations, and studying literature. I have a Master's degree in English from Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts.

I'm a burlesque performer and a feminist. Many people do not understand how I can reconcile my belief in gender equality with performances involving tons of make-up, glitter, and unabashed female sexual exhibition. I reply that these two facets of my personality are not only reconciled, but symbiotic.
