The Virginia Commission on Youth is a standing legislative commission of the Virginia General Assembly. Comprised of six Delegates, three Senators and three citizens appointed by the Governor, the Commission on Youth (COY) provides a legislative forum where complex issues related to Virginia's youth and families might be "explored and resolved."
