For the past twenty-five years, I have worked as a professional developer and instructional designer in the area of education. In my current position I facilitated the re-design of the Heartland Area Education Agency Professional Development Program. During my tenure participation in the program has increased from 8,000 to 55,000 participants a year with 90% client approval rating.
Our team has been a leader in the development and implementation of on-line learning programs ranging from tutorials, blended approaches, and full on-line courses. Currently nearly 40,000 Iowa Educators and support personnel utilize our child abuse and OSHA compliance training programs.
In addition to this work I am president and co-founder of Teknow Training Inc. (www.teknowtraining.com) a company that develops and provides customized on-line training for business, industry, and other organizations.
