I'm a 31 year old writer/emcee from Toronto, an independent journalist specializing in political pieces, usually driven by my own actions.
My most notable piece was an avant garde project where I voted three times in the 2004 Canadian federal election to shine a spotlight on flaws in the system. As a result, the Canadian Parliament credited me with the amendment that finally forced voters to show proper identification at the polls.
Other than that, I am pretty much a crazy guy who loves to laugh and make conversation with strangers I meet. Yeah, it sounds nuts but it is really a great way to let go of inhibitions. I also love to cook, inspired by my father growing up who could whip together an authentic Italian meal in under 20 minutes.
I am also a hip hop artist who regularly performs in slam events in Toronto. Hip hop is very important to me and I have spent nearly two decades ridding people of the stereotypes often attributed to this important art form and sub culture. I have written a literacy course for inner city kids and have found that I might become a teacher one day. It all really depends on where my path leads to and if I can somehow figure out how to balance a relationship with a career. So far I can only muster the career.

Predictably, this new universal consciousness of 'going green' has created the opportunity to make the claim without actually delivering a cleaner product or service. This practice is now known as "Greenwashing'. Environmental groups...
