About me

Celestia Renee VanTassell was born in central Michigan in 1971. Demonstrating a talented passion for poetry and short stories, she wove an exclusive twist with a calm, and yet dramatic, touch to the writings she penned.

Starting her writing career began during the years she was raising her children. She would concoct short stories for the children as their bedtime stories; some displayed child-like humor and others depicted a seriousness about life, life's happenings, and consequences. Her husband, Derek , strongly encouraged her to begin writing her thoughts out on paper. As time would play, the words began to eloquently flow onto paper. Each portion gave new life to the story's whole.

Celestia VanTassell(Canute) gained her medical assisting diploma from Bryman College in Anaheim, California in 1992 and is currently in the process of completing a Bacheleor's of Science degree in Health care Administration.
