A metaphysical minister with a Masters Degree in Holistic Psychology and 20+ years clinical experience, I love what I do! No longer calling myself a therapist or psychologist, my work now includes many types of explorations designed for personal and spiritual growth.

For the last decade or so I've also edited local magazines: Hembra (Women's Voices) in Albuquerque for about 4 years, then Spirit in the Smokies in Asheville, NC for 7 years. Last year I published my first book, a sweet guide to spiritual growth where the lessons are short and simple, yet powerful.
My passion is spirituality and nature, specifically to allow the state of unconditional love in all my moments. Sometimes I succeed; always I'm moving forward.
