I do not think that lawyers should be required to provide pro bono services. Pro bono services should not be required because there may be some lawyers that will not put forth one hundred percent effort simply because they don't want to provide the services or they have no desire to work for free. There could be a number of reasons as to why the lawyers may not want to provide pro bono service's, it could just be for the simple fact that one does not like being told what they have to do and that they don't have a say so in the matter.
