Louise was born a country girl and spent her childhood in rural USA. Although she kept a diary in her youth she came to resent the notion of journaling when it became a class assignment in some obscure high school class. Years later she developed technical writing skills and the effort earned her high grades and landed her on the Dean's list. Writing a mini-thesis for her Masters work at Antioch Seattle would be the largest body of work she would write until 2008. Louise spent twenty five years working as a professional human services provider in a variety of fields including social work, psychology and rehabilitation. Drive and dedication to her client base resulted in a bad case of burn-out and an early retirement. Four years later finds her living a stress free life and writing in a journal on a regular basis. Conducting research on line has resulted in the development of a life style that has lowered her blood pressure, abolished her asthma and is well on the way to finding a cure for arthritis. Louise recently finished writing her first book and is contemplating the notion of having it published; research into finding an agent is on her list of things to do.

There are many people who like to wax philosophical and say there are two things in life that none of us can avoid; taxes and death. Now that I am retired I no longer pay taxes... so much for philosophical sayings. Knowing I have lived long enough to avoid taxes means I must be getting closer to death. In the western half of the world there is still a great deal of fear attached to the notion of death.
