About me - Jennifer Eblin

About me

After working in the historic preservation field for several years, I turned my hobby of writing into a full-time career. In addition to writing for several popular websites, I am also the author of "Haunted Miami Valley", a book on haunted sites in and around the Miami Valley region of Ohio. Currently I live in a suburb of Dayton, Ohio with two male roommates and three crazy animals.

Having male roommates helps me understand relationships from a man's perspective. Not only does it give me insight into the male psyche, but it helps me understand multiple viewpoints. I hope to use that knowledge to help others as the sub-channel manager for the Dating Commentary section of Helium.

In addition to writing, historic preservation and dating, I have a wide range of interests. On the weekends, you'll likely find me watching a race at home, hitting the local tavern for a few drinks or curled up with a good horror movie. I hope to use my degree in Psychology to better help others with their dating needs.
