In this fast-paced world we live in, all of us know how hard it is to grab and keep another person's attention. I work with people who want to communicate memorable messages powerfully and quickly. My site is www.TotalCommunicationsCoach.com
I've worked for over 18 years as a corporate consultant, providing management and leadership training. My expertise lies in human relations training. The classes I teach deal with strategic interviewing, assertiveness, presentation skills, team building, leadership, giving and receiving feedback, dealing with difficult people and business etiquette.
My book, Strategic Interviewing: Skills for Savvy Executives published by Greenwood Press, introduced the concept of strategic interviewing and gave managers tools to uncover the best candidates through the interview process.
My coaching business focuses on communication coaching. The goal is to help people position themselves for leadership in their organization by improving certain human relations skills, including performance review, discipline issues-hiring and firing, delivering public presentations, communicating upward.
