Taking off the unhappy suit, cooling off that skin. Looking in the mirror and wondering where I've been. Twisting round to look and see, examining every bit, Taking time to feel and breathe, time to think and sit. Clear green eyes look back at me, no shadows right behind. Defences strong and back in place, no holes to look and find. Next I place a value on my self esteem and pride, No cracks and crannies for doubt and misery to hide.
