I am a wife, mother, and grandmother. I live in the country in Queensland, Australia with my husband, two lively dogs, and lovable Dexter cattle herd.

I have always loved the written word, and I have just finished writing a book. LEFT IS RIGHT

I was put together backwards
When the good Lord moulded me.
I don't look any different,
Just the bits you cannot see.

My arms and legs are on alright,
And my mouth and nose and eyes,
It's the bits and pieces in my head,
That's where the trouble lies.

I have a lot of gumption,
And I'm really quite astute,
For I can spell rhinoceros,
And breeze through my square roots.

But when it comes to reading maps,
Or knowing left from right,
Or up and down and in and out,
Some say I'm not too bright.

Some folks call me dyslexic,
But I say I'm unique.
