I don't think that belt-less pants should be banned for the simple reason that it's not the pants it's the person wearing them. Most of these pants have belt loops but the reason for them barely hanging on the butt is simple, people are buying them too big if they bought pants to fit this wouldn't be an issue. Now I don't like seeing some one's boxers or tail either it is just plane nasty, or the fact it looks like they forgot to go to the bathroom so they just used there pants.
