I was born in a small town in Massachusetts near Cape Cod. I have lived, worked and studied throughout the United States and Costa Rica. From my diverse studies and cultural background of Romany, I draw on my own life experiences as a wellspring of insight and inspiration.
I consider myself a beginner writer and hope not only to entertain, but to provide a valuable service by sharing my opinions.
I currently reside in Onset, Massachusetts with my best friend, Chris and three dogs.
As a mother, grandmother, student of life and child of God, I am an agent for positive change and passionate about nutritional and personal growth.
I believe in a culture where food changes everything and laughter is the best medicine, which can fill you up, but not fulfill you, we also hunger for play, romance, achievement, self-expression, leadership, adventure and spirituality. How we choose to incorporate these essential forms of nourishment into our lives determines how enjoyable and worthwhile our lives feel.
Proverbs 16:32 tells us, "Moderation is better than muscle; self control better than political power."
