Michael Vick is a product of his upbringing. Don't blame his mother and father exclusively; he's also the product of the village where he was raised. Cockfighting, dogfighting, and other despicable sports (including "ultimate" fighting) are conducted to satisfy the bloodlust and gambling fever of their spectators. We are quickly revolted because we don't like certain images and realities of the sports bombarding our sensibilities.
