I write about...everything. I suppose I have that in common with a lot of people on this site. My primary interest is fiction, but Helium is giving me a chance to flex my essay/article muscles. Genre-wise, you can usually find me in the sci-fi/fantasy/humor world. Anyone who's read The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy can get a pretty good idea of what I like to read and write. My argument consists of two appeals: the first is to nonbelievers, the second to believers. Concerning evolution: my biggest problem isn't the idea that life developed on Earth through a transition from simple to more complex forms, it's the idea that such a process could happen all by itself. According to science, the Universe came into being through something called the Big Bang-an effect without cause.
