Biography

Makeisha Lee is a heavy researcher in the field of alternative health, with her expertise focusing on detoxifying and cleansing the body. She has received extensive training in southern California where she worked very closely with licensed Natural Health practitioners.

She writes weekly columns for BlackNews.com, BlackDoctor.org, and hundreds of African American newspapers nationwide. She also appears regularly as a guest on urban radio stations. In addition, she has authored several publications including the popular e-book, The African American Guide To Cleansing and the newly released Why Black People Can't Lose Weight in book stores nationwide.

Lee's business partners include high profile health professionals and authors, such as: White House staff member Dr. Bill Wheeler - nutritional advisor to former presidents; John Andersen - one of the top formulators in the world; and authors John Gray (Men Are from Mars, Women Are From Venus) and Jack Canfield (Chicken Soup for The Soul). She travels all over the country and abroad speaking on a wide range of health topics, as well as teaching the African American community how to create wealth from investing in their health.

Lee is a mother of five children and a wife to husband Dante Lee, who is the president and CEO of Diversity City Media. She is very passionate and dedicated to helping and sharing life saving information with others to help free themselves from pain and suffering whether it be physical or emotional. She feels a moral obligation to service humanity by helping others live happier, healthier and joyful lives.
