This is a delicious warm spinach salad. It is easy to make, healthy, and everyone will love love it. All you will need is a bag of fresh spinach, a little olive oil, one chopped small vidalia onion, a few cloves of fresh garlic (chopped or minced), and some shredded parmesan cheese. Saute the spinach, garlic, and onion in the olive oil. Be careful not to cook the spinach too long or it will get soggy. It might seem like alot of spinach at first, but it will cook down. Once the spinach is done cooking, put it onto plates and add the parmesan. Enjoy!
