I have opened a new business that offers flexible office services to my local community. The business is still in it's start up phase and I am working hard at getting it to be successful! I am certainly using my writing and creative skills in my marketing and advertising efforts for this new business!

I also work in the Educational field in South Africa focusing on creating Geographical Information Systems (GIS) resources for local schools and learners. I write a lot about GIS in education both as a marketing tool and as information for parents and educators.

My Masters thesis was based on using GIS technologies to create ICT resources.

But I also love creative writing and poetry. I write in my journal almost everyday. I enjoy this kind of writing because it is different to what I write for my job.
