 Most people know me as Linda Randall , Idea Girl Consulting or The Idea Girl.

I am a fiction writer, ( mystery, historical, romance, womens, chick lit, paranormal) a Squidoo Giant (77 lenses - websites made) and I enjoy blogging on a daily basis.

 On The Idea Girl Says - I blog about writing, novels, manuscripts, queries, book proposals, tips to promote your blog,  publishers, literary agents, fashion, celebrity news, photos, interviews, movie reviews, book reviews, authors, best selling books, restaurant and shopping reviews.

My Witty Woman Today site is full of humor, jokes, comedy sketches, videos, pictures, Harry potter fan videos and WWE, Tna fan videos.  

I've created over 77 lenses on Squidoo - Linda Randall - about various hobbies and topics that interest me - interior decorating, educational sites for kids, teens, college and university students, recipes, cooking, twilight photos, robert pattinson, harry potter, smosh, american idol celebrities, adam lambert, kris allen, celebrity photos, movie stars like taylor lautner, taylor swift, kristen stewart, , emma watson, daniel radcliffe, rupert grint, travel, tourism, spring break activites, business and party ideas for kids, teens and adults, musicians like Michael Jackson (a tribute to this is it with band, dancer and vocals info, photos) various books, novels that I've written, my character profiles, settings and plots for the munroe series and the calamity girl series.

On my St Catharines Standard Blog - I talk about subjects that I am blogging about on wordpress or local, community events that I have been made aware of.

I am on several social networks - facebook, twitter (the idea girl), digg, yahoo groups, yalichat, harry potter fans, blog catalog (idea girl consulting).

I  blog about being an author on idea girl consulting blog spot. I post my goals and achievements there, what worked to promote my blogs and websites, how many readers visited my sites. (when I reach a goal I post the blogs page view results)

I love making movies and videos about the things I blog about.  I feature best selling authors, blogs from authors, literary agents, editors and publishers and books that I've read or blogged about.  I do some music videos as well on my idea girl consulting youtube channel. In 2010 I plan to add a learn to write section of videos on this channel (to go along with The Idea Girl Says Blog).

I registered my business name in March of 2009 as Idea Girl Consulting.

I started a new career as a writer in 2008 and hope to have The Munroe Series published someday!

My other goal is to write a funny movie script and watch it in a theatre.

 I won the NaNoWriMo November 2009 Challenge by writing a chick lit  (women's fiction) novel of 50,000 words within a 30 day time period!
