I have been writing professionally for the last 4 years, however, my passion for this profession stretches back to my childhood, when I wrote my first short story. I've had my work published in telecommunications and travel/leisure magazines, and also worked as a freelance journalist for a local newspaper.
I'm also happy to announce that I just sold my first Marketplace article! It's taken me nearly a year, but hopefully now that the ice has broken, more good fortunes are in store
I'm working on my first full-length novel (14 chapters done so far!) and have found this website to be a great avenue to not only express ideas on a variety of topics, but also to hone my writing skills to a higher level.
When I'm not writing I'm usually working (I'm a web developer by day) or spending time with my beautiful wife and 5 year-old daughter. My goal is to one day be in a position where I can earn a living off my writing.
Wish me luck!
